Winnetka Library Space & Safety Enhancements

Youth Department Closure (May 27–June 13):
The Youth Services Department will be temporarily closed while we replace the flooring and relocate the service desk.
A temporary play area with limited toys and books will be available in the Lloyd Room. For full library services—including events, a larger play area, and full collection access—we encourage you to visit our Northfield location.

After-Hours Asbestos Abatement (May 28-May 29):
Minor asbestos abatement will take place after hours on Wednesday and Thursday. Work areas will be fully contained and clearly marked. There is no risk to the public or disruption to library services as long as these areas are avoided.
